The following tools and products are tools developed to populate and browse the EDM-LTA, Long Term Archiving solutions for 3D data. To minimise the need of hardcoded implementation the functionality is added as EXPRESS rule-schema, using EN-9300 on top of the data models of the ISO 10303 standards.
The Product Data Archiving Facility
The browser is implemented on top of EPM Technology's EDMserver. All data are stored, without semantic loss, according to ISO 10303.
Developed by EPM in conjunction with the PLCS project.
The Web Service Interface
The Web Service Interface is implemented using standard SOA technology, and communicates with EPM Technology's EDMserver.
